Handle claims by establishing facts of loss, analyzing coverage, investigating, determining liability, coordinating medical care, managing litigation, assessing damages, negotiating settlements, identifying potential fraud, and utilizing authorized vendors. Maintain claim metrics, ensure timely reserve analysis, and report completion. Attend conferences, client meetings, mentor other adjusters, and assist management. All handling must comply with state statutes, client guidelines, and NARS best practices. Some travel may be required.
Salary ranges from $69,000 to $130,000, depending on location, skills, education, and experience. Compensation includes benefits and potential bonuses. NARS values pay equality and internal fairness. The full salary range is provided; hiring at the maximum is uncommon to allow for future growth.
