Job Description

Handle a case load with claims of varying complexity, establish facts of loss, analyze coverage, investigate, determine liability, coordinate medical care, manage litigation, assess damages, negotiate settlements, identify potential fraud, and utilize authorized vendors. Maintain timely reserve analysis and report completion. Attend conferences, client meetings, mentor colleagues, and assist management as needed. Ensure compliance with state statutes, client guidelines, and NARS best practices. May include travel and other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
  • 7+ years of claim adjusting experience, preferably in relevant lines of business.
  • 7+ years of heavy litigation experience for all lines except Worker’s Compensation.
  • 5+ years of Construction Defect or related experience if handling that line.
  • Ability to obtain or possess a Florida Adjuster’s license or other relevant licensing.

The base salary range is $69,000 - $130,000, exclusive of benefits and bonuses, depending on location, skills, education, and experience. We promote pay equity and offer a comprehensive benefits package.
