Job summary

Harford Mutual Insurance Group seeks a Sr. Configuration Analyst to extend and configure our SaaS platform. You will work with business analysts to implement solutions, design maintainable configurations, and troubleshoot complex issues across QA and production environments.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of configuration experience, 3+ years in insurance, and strong SQL skills. Familiarity with Sapiens Policy Pro and ISO data is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of configuration experience; 3+ years in Insurance preferred.
• Experience with Sapiens Policy Pro is highly preferred; ISO data knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency querying relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
