As a Compensation Analyst III for GEICO, you will manage the administration of base salary compensation, job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structure. You will support the administration of year-end compensation and collaborate with the Compensation Business Partner for Corporate functions, acting as a strategic partner between the compensation team and business units. This role offers leadership opportunities and the chance to develop, analyze, and recommend compensation strategies to address organizational issues creatively and effectively. Ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and policies is also key.
Salary Range: $91,225 - $141,450 annually, with final offers based on multiple factors including experience, education, and location.
