Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute strategic communications for HR Services. You will craft content for HR systems, align internal messaging, and support messaging for employees and managers.

Reporting to the Director of HR Project Management, you’ll influence crisis communications, measure effectiveness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on deployment of HR initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.

Job Description

As a Sr Communications Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the HR organization's reputation and brand image. You will be responsible for creating compelling content for our HR systems, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels and support employee and manager messaging. HR Services supports deployment of many system and process changes, and you will help develop robust communication strategies to support.

In this role, you will impact the way our organization communicates with internal audiences, including HR Community, managers and employees. Your efforts will help build and maintain a positive public image, manage crisis communication, and support business objectives through strategic communication initiatives.

You will report directly to our Director HR Project Management and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
