As a Marketing Data Ops here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, you will understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. Additionally, you will play a leadership role by guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
