Responsibilities include budget adherence, monthly reporting, tenant satisfaction, and on-site property oversight. The role requires travel by car, strong accounting skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager.
• Strong background in Accounting/Finance with proven skills.
• Valid driver''s license; ability to travel by automobile.
• Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with MRI Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial, administrative and maintenance operations of properties.
• Prepare monthly reports including budget, variance, leasing, renewal, CAM reconciliation for Controller approval.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and work to increase retention.
• Communicate daily with staff, vendors and others; work independently and in a team.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of each property, community and competitors.
• Walk and inspect properties regularly; coordinate with local/state officials to ensure code compliance.

Seeking a passionate and motivated Commercial Real Estate agent desiring the opportunity to expand their skills with a growing commercial property management company. As a Property Manager, you will be part of a supportive, collaborative management team that is committed to your success and helping you achieve your professional and personal goals.

In this position, you will have a vital role in the success of a portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial, administrative and maintenance operations of the properties in that portfolio.

• Ensures all budget guidelines are followed consistently.
• Prepares related monthly reports to include, but not limited to: budget preparation and review, variance, leasing, renewal, financial, market, CAM Reconciliation to be approved by the Controller
• Monitor tenant satisfaction in person or through follow-up calls to ensure a positive tenant experience and increased retention.
• Daily communication and collaboration with staff, vendors and others as needed.
• Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of each property, community and competitors.
• Works well independently as well as in a team environment
• Will work toward company's/property's goals
• Physically walk and inspect properties regularly to address issues
• Coordinate with local and state officials to ensure compliance with all appropriate laws, codes, and ordinances
• Must have the ability to travel via automobile to various properties
• Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm (hours may vary to meet the needs of the property to be 'on-call' as needed).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three to five years as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager
• Strong background in Accounting/Finance with proven skills
• Ability to travel via automobile
• A valid driver's license
