Job Title: Sr Cloud Security Engineer at Client Resources, Inc.

This position is responsible for the infrastructure and security of the company's Microsoft Azure environment. The role involves designing, building, configuring the environment, and developing operational solutions to manage it. The engineer will support both business and security needs by deploying security controls and acting as a primary resource during security incidents.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a technical expert for infrastructure and security issues, ensuring the implementation of security tools that meet business, security, and compliance requirements while protecting user data.
2. Lead the security team in tactical and technical decisions.
3. Collaborate with technology leads to design and implement the Microsoft Azure environment, providing expertise on system architecture decisions.
4. Develop and implement security technologies and processes related to data protection, cryptography, key management, and identity and access management.
5. Deploy and manage security cloud technologies, including alerts, sensors, and tools.
6. Configure network components and security rules.
7. Document support procedures and train team members.
8. Design and implement disaster recovery solutions.
9. Manage network and application security scanning solutions.
10. Research new technologies and create technology roadmaps.
11. Assist with compliance initiatives and control implementations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT/information services, with a minimum of 4 years in information security.
• Expertise in cloud security standards and industry best practices.
• Experience with systems management and automation using ARM templates and PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with ambiguity and across roles and groups.
