Veradigm is seeking a Client Success Manager in the United States to own a defined client portfolio from activation through renewal and expansion. You will lead SBR and executive-facing updates, aligning Veradigm capabilities to client priorities and strategic goals.
You will proactively manage client health, identify at-risk accounts, coordinate cross-functional responses, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure renewal visibility while safeguarding portfolio revenue.
Compensation Range: $76,836-$106,803
