Veradigm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own a portfolio from activation through renewal and expansion, coordinating across teams to align Veradigm capabilities with client priorities. You will guide executive updates and proactively manage client health, spotting risks and coordinating recovery plans.
You will drive opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, document them in Salesforce, and partner with Sales to advance the pipeline.
Compensation Range: $76,836-$106,803
