Pay Range

USD $93,671.00 - USD $114,934.00 /Yr.

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive II to join our Strategic Account Management department! The Sr. Client Services Executive II (SCSE) is a highly motivated professional with at least 7 years of successful experience interfacing directly with larger more complex clients preferably in healthcare, to manage existing PBM clients. The position is responsible for the co-development of long-term account strategy for their assigned Clients. Working with subject matter experts, the Sr. CSE will be responsible for identifying “up sell” and expansion opportunities and communicating these opportunities appropriately to be incorporated into the annual strategic business plan. The Sr. CSE will be responsible for client retention, achieving corporate strategic goals relative to client base and overall customer satisfaction, including solving customer issues relative to their contracts, reporting, and interfacing with the Clinical Account Executive for clinical issues. This position will require the ability to communicate across multiple organization levels and the ability to lead projects is required. Additionally, the Sr. CSE will be responsible for direct management of the coordinators assigned to them. This includes mentoring, providing guidance, training, performance reviews, managing PTO and other such managerial tasks.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  1. Support/back up the CSE, Senior CSC and CSC responsibilities
  2. Create and present data for Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports
  3. Investigate/follow-up if Performance Guarantees are not met and present those results to their assigned clients
  4. Conduct Client training (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim, etc.)
  5. Assist with escalated member/Client issues requests
  6. Identify and present Client opportunities to improve costs, service and health
  7. Contract maintenance and performance
  8. Lead or support internal department and corporate projects
  9. Travel to Client sites
  10. Provide mentoring to the coordinator levels and CSEs
  11. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  2. Knowledge of PBM or health care industry required
  3. At least 7 years of successful experience interfacing directly with clients in health care, PBM or related field
  4. Strategic thinking ability and skills to prepare business plans and execute them appropriately to accomplish business objectives
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client needs
  6. Strong team orientation, commitment to sales and client service and desire to succeed
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
  9. PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet
  10. Ability to manage coordinator level resources
  11. Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
  12. Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  13. The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
