We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are seeking a Senior Civil/Site Engineer | Project Manager to play key technical and managerial roles in the design, planning, and implementation of site civil development projects. The role involves collaborating with municipal agencies, managing projects from concept to final plan submission, and ensuring seamless integration and performance.

• You will act as the Design Lead and/or manage all project aspects, including design, study development, and site/field visits during design and construction.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Design Lead and/or Project Manager for Civil/Site Development Design projects:
   1. Develop data, perform technical analysis, and prepare permitting and construction drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
   2. Create Concept, Layout, Preliminary, and Final Engineering Plans.
   3. Oversee erosion/sediment control plans and utility/utility relocation plans.
   4. Manage permit applications.
2. Serve as the technical expert in site layout, utility and grading plans, stormwater analyses, reports, and permits.
3. Perform civil engineering analyses using various software programs, including hydrology, hydraulic/drainage, stormwater calculations, SWPPPs, and NDPES permits.
4. Participate in field observations and inspections, especially concerning problem-solving scenarios.
5. Communicate with clients regarding project deliverables.
6. Develop project proposals and cost estimates.
7. Manage schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Project Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for Civil/Site Design projects.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with reliability and punctuality.
• Quality-minded and client-focused.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of Civil/Site Design experience.
• PE licensure is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
