Job description

As a Senior Channel Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will help identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. The territory you will be responsible for includes the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, WY, MT, AK), with a preferred location in Seattle or Portland.

This role requires approximately 50% travel. You will significantly impact the company's success by developing and executing channel sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue. Building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and guiding channel sales representatives will contribute to Honeywell’s growth and industry leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet sales targets
  2. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, providing training and support
  3. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with partners to deliver solutions
  4. Lead contract negotiations and manage customer satisfaction
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement

The annual base salary ranges vary by location, generally from $94,000 to $120,000, depending on the state and metropolitan area. YOU MUST HAVE
  • At least 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven record of managing key accounts and driving revenue
  • Experience with BAS and DDC systems
