The mission of the Channel Area Sales Engineering (CASE) team is to empower partners to lead their own opportunities by focusing on readiness and partner enablement. CASE achieves this by supporting both our inside sales representatives and partner account managers in the Channel Area, serving as the connection point between direct sales and our partner ecosystem. This role supports our TOLA and Rockies sales areas. A key measure of success includes elevating partners' technical capabilities so they can sell Ericsson solutions independently. CASE will support inside sales representatives and partner account managers by identifying the right partners for opportunities. CASE helps partners conduct their own demos, proof-of-concepts, discovery calls, and technical discussions, providing assistance when needed.

What you will do:
  • Support partner account managers and inside sales representatives in the TOLA and Rockies area
  • Train Solutions Partners in the area on Ericsson solutions, empowering partners to drive their own opportunities, deliver demos, and run proof-of-concepts
  • Play a key role in executing partner-focused technical sales strategies, helping to expand Ericsson's market reach
  • Successfully match opportunities driven by inside sales to partners with the right capabilities to execute a successful sale and positive customer experience
  • Foster professional relationships within Ericsson that can be leveraged with partners to bring the full value of Ericsson to our partners
  • Identify and foster key technical relationships within your partner base to be seen as the face of Ericsson's technical organization to our partners
  • Perform routine knowledge transfers and stay aligned with the inside sales organization to keep them informed of the best product messaging and help them stay connected with partners
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate Ericsson's value proposition to both customers and partners
  • Manage short-term and long-term strategies (alongside partner account managers) to continually assess and elevate the technical capabilities of the partner base in the area
The skills you bring:
  • Seven (7) years of Solution Sales experience
  • Experience in a complex sales environment
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in networking and/or information security technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement
  • Strong aptitude for business strategy and collaboration skills
  • Decisive problem-solving ability and accurate assessment of people and situations
  • Ability to deliver a clear and compelling value proposition to customers/partners
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors
  • Must currently reside in the respective region
