The mission of the Channel Area Sales Engineering (CASE) team is to empower partners to lead their own opportunities by focusing on readiness and partner enablement. CASE supports inside sales representatives and partner account managers in the Channel Area, serving as the connection point between direct sales and our partner ecosystem. This role supports our TOLA and Rockies sales areas. A key measure of success is elevating partners' technical capabilities to enable them to sell Ericsson solutions independently. CASE assists partners in conducting demos, proof-of-concepts, discovery calls, and technical discussions, providing necessary support.

What you will do:

  • Support partner account managers and inside sales representatives in the TOLA and Rockies area.
  • Train Solutions Partners on Ericsson solutions, enabling them to drive opportunities, deliver demos, and run proof-of-concepts.
  • Implement partner-focused technical sales strategies to expand Ericsson’s market reach.
  • Match opportunities driven by inside sales with suitable partners for successful sales and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within Ericsson and with partners to maximize value.
  • Identify and foster key technical relationships within your partner base.
  • Perform knowledge transfers and align with inside sales to communicate product messaging and stay connected with partners.
  • Create and deliver presentations and demos to communicate Ericsson’s value proposition.
  • Manage strategies to continually assess and enhance the technical capabilities of the partner base.

The skills you bring:

  • Seven (7) years of Solution Sales experience.
  • Experience in complex sales environments.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Technical background in networking and/or information security technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creativity skills.
  • Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and a track record of achievement.
  • Strong business strategy and collaboration skills.
  • Decisive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors.
  • Must currently reside in the respective region.
