Chartwells Higher Ed, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Senior Catering Director to lead the catering department for our account. You will oversee all internal and external catering, manage client relationships, and ensure food and service quality at functions.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring labor and food costs, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the Chef on menu development.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred.
• Catering experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Summary

Working as a Senior Catering Director for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be responsible for managing the catering department, overseeing all internal and external catering for the account, managing client relationships, along with ensuring that the food and service at the functions is of superior quality.
