Campaign Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns.
  • Understand upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics.
  • Define metrics and measure success of campaigns using internal analytics.
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign lifecycle (from pre-sale to post-sale).
  • Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in the team's shared document repository.
  • Align closely with sales teams and GTM priorities.
  • Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and campaign status.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure accurate campaign messaging.
  • Oversee campaign setup and execution to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and documentation for campaign launch.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams on measurement, reporting, and insights.
  • Manage project deadlines and deliverables among stakeholders.
  • Provide regular insights on performance, optimizations, and opportunities.
  • Work with media partners to ensure platform implementation and messaging accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns.
  • Provide detailed campaign wrap-up reports.
  • Provide monthly auditing reports and manage billing systems when applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, paid media management, demand generation, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on best practices and opportunities.
