Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Our client, a respected and well-established manufacturing organization located in Hazleton, PA, is currently seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and documenting requirements for new implementations or systems enhancements
Ensuring process optimization and data consistency during systems integrations
Improving efficiencies related to workflow evaluation and optimization
Configuring applications and coordinating customizations
Providing daily troubleshooting and support
Overseeing projects related to implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Managing all aspects of ERP implementation
Creating and delivering test plans
Developing user training and documentation
Managing vendor relationships
5+ years IT experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
JD Edwards or SAP ERP preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $90-120k + bonus

Employment Type: direct hire
