Ladders is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst (Order Management) for US Remote engagement. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape enterprise solutions enhancing order management capabilities and operational effectiveness.

You will translate business needs into functional and technical designs with a cloud-first focus, guiding solution delivery across distributed teams while balancing priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer master modules.
• 3-5 years building PaaS apps using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business System Analyst (Order Management) (US Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape and deliver enterprise solutions that improve order management capabilities and support broader operational effectiveness. The position will play a key part in translating business needs into functional and technical designs, with a strong focus on cloud-enabled systems and process improvement. In addition, the individual will help guide solution delivery across distributed teams while balancing priorities, timelines, and business commitments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications for Order Management applications.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Work with IT and business partners to meet project commitments on time and within budget.
• Estimate effort and lead solution delivery using technical skills and business acumen.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proactively manage conflicting priorities and drive strategic discussions.
