Citizens is seeking a Sr Business Support Manager in Johnston, RI to oversee a project financial analyst team supporting a multi‑million dollar capital technology portfolio. You will manage budgets, forecasts, capitalization, and vendor spending while guiding the team to meet goals.

Job Title: Sr Business Support Manager
Responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running for project financial analyst team that supports multi-million capital technology portfolio for Commercial Banking. Be responsible for management of Capital Forecast processes and reports across the tower, identifying and analyzing forecast change drivers, providing summary for executive reporting, analyzing budget changes to uncover and mitigate risk. Involved in strategic business budget planning and modeling liaising with the other business areas. Provide internal consulting and coaching for colleagues, introducing them to our financial processes.
The salary range for this position is $127,000 – $184,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings (if applicable). Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
