FedEx in Memphis, TN (hybrid with Plano, TX) seeks a strategic analyst to evaluate objectives, formulate direction, and support decision making through business trends and data analytics.

You will plan analyses, develop business cases, assess risks, and work with global teams to translate insights into actionable plans. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4 years in strategy, analytics, or corporate development; strong MS Office skills and communication.

Responsabilidades

• With limited supervision plans, organizes, and develops analyses/assessments grounded in deep understanding of business trends, stakeholder groups, and/or change impacts.
• Develops and implements business analyses, manages business case development, risk assessments, change management planning, and/or other project work.
• Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios.
• Collaborates with peers across the global FedEx enterprise on identified priorities and contributes clear fact based recommendations.
• Participates in cross-functional meetings and provides insight/guidance to peers/managers across FedEx.
• Interfaces with teams across the enterprise to discuss the impact of changes resulting from strategic recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or other related business fields.

Minimum Requirements

Four (4) years related work experience with work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, or industry analysis, change management, communications, training, and/or support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technology trends on business.

Experience with MS Office (or similar) products for use in presentations and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Global PMO and Portfolio Governance frameworks Project Management
• Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skillsExperience preparing leadership presentations

This position is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN., and Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.

Pay:

The pay range for Memphis, TN: Min. $6,511.62 Max $10,744.16. The pay range for Plano, TX: Min. $6,854.33 Max. $11,309.65.
