A Sr. Business Process Analyst position is available with the City of Fort Worth Police Department’s Program Support Division. This role will act as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer and technical liaison for complex business applications and project analysis. Responsibilities include administering complex projects, systems, and technical business processes, providing user support, and identifying customer needs to improve business processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Five (5) or more years of business and business analysis experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must pass a criminal history background check, polygraph, and meet Police Department standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards using Microsoft BI or other BI platforms
• Experience with UKG systems (TeleStaff/Dimension) and PeopleSoft
• Experience with public safety software such as RMS and CAD systems

Additional Conditions
