Job description

Job Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of comprehensive data extraction and collection programs using computer languages. Analyze data and generate reports for various stakeholders including physicians, hospital leaders, and regulatory bodies. Develop new measurement approaches and presentation methods, and maintain performance, clinical, operational, and improvement databases. Utilize tools such as Waterfall, Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI, SQL, Python, and others to complete tasks. Serve as a member of the Core Analytics team to promote a data-driven culture and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Present information effectively to all levels of management and external bodies. Coordinate project deadlines, develop solutions, implement reporting processes, and train end-users. Collaborate with leaders to understand data needs, design metrics, and build solutions. Document processes, review existing report procedures, and create complex scripts for data analysis. Standardize analytics tools organization-wide and act as a liaison between Analytics and business leaders. Gather detailed requirements, develop product delivery plans, and fulfill data requests from various system sources.

Location

Detroit, Michigan and multiple worksites throughout the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent foreign degree).
• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as BI Developer, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, or related.
• Minimum one year of experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, statistical analysis, Microsoft Azure, Git, relational database design, data modeling, and ML modeling.
