Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology seeks a Sr. BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance in Carlsbad, CA. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities to grow our golf tech brands and products.

The role reports to the CFO and requires strong Python, AI-assisted KPI catalogs, and expertise in Power BI/Tableau. Join a team driving data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Proficient in Python coding.
• Proficient with utilizing AI to build/maintain KPI catalogs, dashboards, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses to support key business decisions.
• Create executive-level reporting that provides visibility into company performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
• Analyze sales, marketing, eCommerce, product, and operational data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor business performance and provide insights on revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, establish reporting standards, and track business objectives.
• Perform root-cause analyses and investigate performance drivers across channels and product lines.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of data models, reporting structures, and business definitions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accessibility.
• Assist in establishing best practices for data governance, quality, and usability.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve data integration and reporting capabilities.
• Own master data standards for product, customer, channel, and brand so figures reconcile across systems and every team works from a single source of truth.
• Build self-service reporting and dashboards so business teams can answer routine questions without engineering support.

Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our business. This role will partner closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to develop reporting, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for growth across our portfolio of golf technology brands and products. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-oriented, capable of translating complex data into clear recommendations that improve performance, optimize operations, and enhance the customer experience. This position is reporting to CFO, Revelyst Golf Technology and is based in Carlsbad, CA.

• Strong experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.


• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.


• Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting consumer products, sporting goods, technology, or eCommerce businesses.


• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.


• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics environments.


• Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.


• Passion for golf, sports technology, or the outdoor industry.

#LI-KK1 Pay Range: Annual Salary: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
