Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine seeks a corporate development professional to evaluate mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. You will perform due diligence, target research and assist in sourcing new opportunities, while building relationships with targets and advisory teams.

You will develop valuation analyses and financial models, coordinate cross‑functional due diligence, and prepare reports to support transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 1–3 years in corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory services, investment banking or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in financial due diligence.
• Demonstrated experience developing valuation models; must be able to pass a financial modeling and valuation exam administered by Revelyst.
• Ability to creatively problem solve under high pressure and deal with ambiguity.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Capital IQ platform.

Responsibilities

• Independently developing analysis and research to drive faster decision-making.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 (based on experience, location, education, skills).
