Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for focusing on new customer acquisition, selling advanced systems integration projects and managed IT services to large organizations within North America. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the art of complex environments by utilizing proven solution/consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. This professional must be extremely proficient in prospecting for new customers, networking, and relationship building throughout client organizations to include all C-level executive
Duties and Responsibilities
Successfully sell to large commercial organizations by leading with Full IT Outsourcing, Cloud Advancement, and Agile Infrastructure solutions—while strategically incorporating complementary services such as Business Applications, Data Analytics, Custom Application Development, Managed Security, and Workforce Productivity as needed to meet customer objectives.
Define a phased vision for customers, outcome success, win themes, and value proposition by combining technical modernization, financial situational improvement, risk mitigation, and organizational efficiencies
Develop and lead creative deal shapes, commercial structures, and pricing proposals as part of a winning sales pursuit, while working closely with all practices
Leverage all facets of lead generation including, but not limited to outbound lead generation, technology alliance partners (such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, AWS), industry associations, and a strong personal network
Effectively engage and converse with C-level contacts

Salary Range
The following information is required by the California Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of California. The anticipated starting pay range for Northern California applicants for this role is $153,136.62-$212,306.11 with a median of $179,404.08. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.
The following information is required by the New York Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of New York. The anticipated starting pay range for New York, NY applicants for this role is $145,305.26-$201,448.85 with a median of $170,229.42. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.
