The Mission Systems line of business within CAES is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager to develop and win new business with top-tier Defense Primes, focusing on the military electronic warfare market segments. This full-time position is based in Lansdale, PA, with up to 50% travel, and offers hybrid flexibility across East Coast offices.
The role involves generating orders, developing capture strategies, and partnering with Engineering to align technology roadmaps with customer needs. The candidate should possess a strong track record in defense electronics market growth, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
