What you'll be doing:

  • Prospect, develop, and close client relationships to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Present strategies using a consultative (analysis-based) sales approach that positions the business as a trusted resource for digital marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales, and solutions teams to:
    • Refine Adpearance's go-to-market strategy within target industries.
    • Develop and refine processes to prospect, sell, and onboard high-potential clients.
  • Make calls, overcome objections, push through barriers, and have difficult conversations.
  • Represent the business at sales-related events—from formal presentations to informal meetings, expos, Zoom conferences, and phone calls.
  • Understand clients, competitors, and industry trends to help position the company competitively now and in the future.
  • Maintain high-level, consultative relationships with assigned clients.

Skills and experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (or a related field) or a combination of education and related experience.
  • At least five years of digital marketing sales experience, including selling SaaS/SEO/Search/Display/Video/Social Media Marketing.
  • At least three years of experience selling to automotive dealers.
  • Experience with CRM sales management software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze and accurately forecast annual revenue.
  • Proven success in increasing sales within competitive markets.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
