What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Lead user story refinement and grooming sessions to ensure clear and actionable requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2 years with Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including project portfolio and program management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for bridging technical and business teams
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with related enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora
• Familiarity with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation for cross-system flows
• Background in SaaS or consulting organizations with complex service delivery models
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
