Job Description

Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: St. Paul, MN (on-site)

Duration: 1+ Year with extensions possible

An in person interview will be required before a final hire is made

Mandatory Qualifications

1. B.S or B.A degree with one (1) year of experience as a Business Analyst OR Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst OR Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst
2. Two (2) engagements/projects lasting more than six (6) months each in the role of a Lead Business Analyst

Qualifications

• Experience working with a State Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
• Experience with health care eligibility and/or health care claims
• Experience moving from mainframe to web-based technologies
• Experience with Human Services Systems (County, State or Federal)
• Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or technology
• Experience writing Use Case documentation
• Experience using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification)
