Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end IT initiatives. You will gather requirements, analyze dependencies, and translate business needs into clear technical specs.

You will design system documentation, lead testing and QA activities, and support deployments, data migration, and user training while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met. This role emphasizes clear communication and analytical problem-solving.

Formación

• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements to identify gaps.
• Ability to design and document functional specs and user stories.
• Experience with system testing including functional, integration, and UAT.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system requirements gathering and analysis, which includes analyzing requirements to identify dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.
• Responsible for system design and documentation, which includes developing functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
• Responsible for system testing and quality assurance, which includes conducting system testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• System implementation and support, which includes support system implementation activities, such as data migration, user training, and system golive.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate effectively, translating technical concepts into business � friendly language.
