Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a skilled IT business analyst to join our client-focused team in California. The role emphasizes gathering system requirements, analyzing dependencies and gaps, and documenting functional specifications and user stories.

You will contribute to system design, testing, data migrations, and user training, while communicating complex technical concepts in business-friendly language to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and performing analysis to identify dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.
• Experience in system design and documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience in system testing and quality assurance, including functional, integration, and UAT.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
