Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in Columbus, OH is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to lead requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation efforts across our enterprise projects.

The role focuses on translating business needs into clear specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering reliable system solutions while supporting users through migration and training.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze system requirements, identifying dependencies, conflicts and gaps.
• Design and document functional specs, user stories, and system design artifacts.
• Execute system testing and QA, including functional, integration, and UAT.
• Manage system implementation and support, including data migration and user training.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system requirements gathering and analysis, which includes analyzing requirements to identify dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.
• Responsible for system design and documentation, which includes developing functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
• Responsible for system testing and quality assurance, which includes conducting system testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• System implementation and support, which includes support system implementation activities, such as data migration, user training, and system golive.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate effectively, translating technical concepts into business � friendly language.
