Miami University seeks a Senior Building and Grounds Assistant (Groundskeeping) to support campus grounds and facilities. The role includes mowing, trimming, site cleanup, and assisting with events, including setup and teardown of tables and staging. You may operate lighting, sound systems, and moving equipment as needed.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. A post-offer, pre-employment physical is required, and a criminal background check will be conducted.

Primarily in groundskeeping services, performs a variety of technical tasks in care of campus grounds - to include mowing, trimming, raking, removing shrubs and trees. May perform custodial and technical tasks related to setting up for events and maintaining the University's buildings, facilities, and grounds in a clean, neat, and safe manner. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of technical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. May require driver's license.
A criminal background check is required. All campuses are smoke- and tobacco-free campuses.
