PHI Aviation, LLC is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the accounting and control functions. You will manage the Month End close process, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain internal controls.

Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the accounting and control functions of PHI Americas and reports operational results. Responsible for guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Establishes, monitors and enforces financial controls. Conducts and oversees audits. Assists in budget preparation by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Subject‑matter expert for Ramco (ERP) and OneStream (Consolidations and Reporting). Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. Responsible for all aspects of the Month End close process.
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use fingers/hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
