Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr Associate Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager to join our Arm & Hammer Pet Care team in a fast-growing natural cat litter category. This early-career marketer will help build segments to their potential, with hands-on experience across innovation and in-store activation, under the Arm & Hammer name.

The role offers a hybrid work setup based in Ewing, NJ, with in-person attendance on Tue–Thu and remote work on Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, or a marketing internship with a CPG company.
• Category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques.
• Curiosity, energy, and a bias for action - you're excited to roll up your sleeves and grow fast.

Responsibilities

• Bring campaigns to life across consumer and trade promotions, special packs, sampling, PR programs and in-store displays.
• Own product forecasting, supply chain and analysis of syndicated data (Circana).
• Brief external creative agencies and steer projects through key development milestones.
• Immerse yourself in natural litter and litter additives segments to become the go-to expert on the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate daily with sales, supply chain, R&D, and agency partners.
• Influence business results as part of a lean, fast-moving team.
