Position Location: We offer flexibility! This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Lakeville, MA, or our Seaport Boston, MA location, with Mondays & Fridays remote.

The Beverage Brand Marketing Team at Ocean Spray is passionate about building demand for the simple, honest goodness of cranberries, promoting vibrant, healthy lives for consumers and farmers. We seek an energetic, curious marketer who can immediately contribute and drive results.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead Growth Channels for our Beverages business. This entrepreneurial team focuses on new initiatives across various consumer touchpoints. Under the guidance of the Director, you will develop and execute annual marketing plans that foster profitable growth. Responsibilities include managing channel strategies, innovation, promotions, trade activities, and P&L oversight. You will also oversee daily operations and collaborate with Associate Brand Managers to support sales objectives. Creativity, communication, and business acumen are essential for success.

A Day in the Life...
  • Develop annual marketing strategies to meet growth targets across channels.
  • Mentor and develop marketing personnel through coaching and feedback.
  • Create channel-specific marketing programs to generate demand.
  • Monitor competitive activity and recommend strategic actions.
  • Drive commercialization strategies for new product launches.
  • Provide insights for the development of the Long-Range Plan (LRP).
  • Lead the creation of business updates, marketing plans, and sales materials.
  • Own and monitor channel forecasts within demand planning processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for product launches and initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and external stakeholders to support business growth.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG brand management or strategic marketing consulting; Channel marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to connect strategies with execution.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems leveraging support functions.
  • Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with influence without authority.
  • Experience with P&L management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
Education
  • Bachelor’s or university degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
