Ocean Spray is hiring for a Sr. Brand Manager, Beverage Growth Channels! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, we value collaboration and innovation, with a rich history started by three maverick farmers.

Position Location: This role offers flexibility as a hybrid position based at our headquarters in Lakeville, MA, or our Seaport Boston, MA location, with Mondays & Fridays remote.

The Beverage Brand Marketing Team at Ocean Spray is passionate about building demand for the cranberry, promoting vibrant and healthy lifestyles for our consumers and farmer families. We seek an energetic, curious marketer capable of executing impactful strategies.

Role Overview: We need a Senior Brand Manager to lead Growth Channels for our Beverages division. This entrepreneurial team focuses on launching new initiatives across various consumer touchpoints. Under the guidance of the Director, you will develop and execute annual marketing plans that drive profitable growth, manage channel strategies, innovation, and trade activities, and oversee P&L responsibilities. You will also work closely with Associate Brand Managers to support sales objectives through effective tools and materials. Creativity, communication, and business acumen are essential.

A Day in the Life...

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with growth goals across channels.
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members through coaching and feedback.
  • Create channel-specific marketing programs to stimulate demand.
  • Monitor competitive and channel activities, recommending strategic actions.
  • Lead commercialization strategies for new product launches.
  • Contribute insights for the Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Prepare business updates, marketing plans, and sales materials.
  • Develop and monitor channel forecasts as part of demand planning.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product launches and initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and external stakeholders to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in CPG brand management or strategic marketing; channel marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to connect strategy with execution.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems across functions.
  • Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with influence without authority.
  • Experience with business unit P&L management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 7 years.
