Job summary

Cécred is seeking a Senior Brand Designer in Los Angeles to elevate our brand identity across campaigns, digital assets, and packaging. You will own the visual language, ensure consistency, and partner with marketing, digital, and creative teams to translate ideas into striking visuals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of brand design experience in beauty or consumer products, strong knowledge of current design trends, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years robust experience as a Brand Designer, or a similar leading design role, preferably within the beauty or consumer products industries.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma or other relevant software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of brand design projects across a wide range of platforms, marketing campaigns, email and digital assets.
• Establish and maintain a compelling visual identity for Cécred, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with our digital team, marketing team, Creative Director, copywriters, and other creatives to develop strategies and design assets that support the brand's strategic objectives.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
• Develop new design concepts and ideas while refining our brand messaging and overall visual aesthetics.
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and key stakeholders, presenting design ideas and gathering feedback to ensure exceptional outcomes.
