Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong consumer goods experience — ideally in personal care or beauty — to join our marketing team. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role suited for someone who is highly independent, detail-oriented, and thrives with minimal direction and ownership from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for everything from packaging design and retail materials to digital assets and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create packaging and labels from concept through production, including dielines and print-ready files


• Design and manage Amazon and digital content (graphics, banners, A+ content)


• Produce retail-facing materials such as displays, shelf talkers, signage, and sell sheets


• Lead logo development and branding for new product launches


• Build retailer presentations and marketing decks


• Generate and manage UPCs and related artwork files


• Utilize AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney) to enhance creative output


• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all brand visuals

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in consumer goods, preferably personal care or beauty
