Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage and reconcile monthly invoices for self-insured and fully insured benefit plans, audit data, and support enrollment for sponsored plans.

The role requires a bachelor's in HR, 3–4 years of benefit experience, and proficiency with HRIS systems like UltiPro/UKG; collaborate across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS systems (UltiPro/UKG).

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile monthly invoices for self-insured and fully insured benefit plans.
• Audit carrier invoices, eligibility files, and enrollment data to resolve issues with vendors.
• Coordinate ongoing enrollment, reconciliations, and issue resolution for all sponsored plans.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to benefit plans.
• Prepare reports on benefit costs, premium contributions, regulatory reporting, FSA forfeitures, and invoices.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and assist with vendor issue resolution.
• Assist with Open Enrollment buildouts, testing, and QA.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting teams on programs.
• Participate in vendor evaluations, RFPs, and contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, Medicare, and retirement plan regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and reconcile monthly invoices for both self-insured and fully insured benefit plans, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment
• Audit carrier invoices, eligibility files, and enrollment data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for on-going enrollment coordination, reconciliations, and complex issues resolution for all Insight Global's sponsored benefit plans
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to employee benefit plans
• Prepare required and ad-hoc reports related to benefit costs, premium contributions, regulatory reporting, flexible spending account claim forfeitures and invoice reporting
• In charge of all audit/control responsibilities and conducts QA sessions with benefits team
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, communication and assist with the resolution of vendor issues
• Assist with Open Enrollment buildouts, testing and QA
• Work closely with the rest of the HR team, Recruiters, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Communications teams
• Participate in vendor evaluations, RFP processes, implementation projects, and contract renewals
• Maintain a strong understanding of ERISA and other applicable federal, state, and local benefits regulations
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, Medicare, and retirement plan regulations
• Support the preparation and distribution of required notices and regulatory filings
• Support the development, administration, and communication of employee wellness initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyze participation metrics and program effectiveness to drive engagement and improve employee well-being.

Must Haves:

• Working knowledge of technology solutions, including automated tools and familiarity with HRMS/HRIS system (UltiPro/UKG/)
