Insight Global seeks a highly skilled AV Engineering Manager to lead the design, engineering, and delivery of enterprise audiovisual solutions in the NYC metro. You will oversee AV Engineers, CAD Designers, and Programmers, acting as the technical authority for complex collaboration and conferencing projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial audiovisual (AV) systems integration or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing AV Engineers, Designers, or Technical Teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AV technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, digital signage, and conference room solutions.
• Experience designing and reviewing AV system schematics, signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, and BOMs.
• Hands-on experience with control systems and DSP platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or Q-SYS.
• Solid understanding of AV-over-IP, networking fundamentals, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• CTS-D certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire.

Job description

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

7+ years of commercial audiovisual (AV) systems integration or engineering experience.

3+ years of leadership experience managing AV Engineers, Designers, or Technical Teams.

Strong knowledge of enterprise AV technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, digital signage, and conference room solutions.

Experience managing multimillion-dollar AV deployment projects across multiple locations.
