Organization Overview:
Lilly is constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) molecules in Lebanon, IN. This facility represents Lilly's largest investment in manufacturing capacity, supporting current and future products, including new modalities. This is a unique opportunity to join the startup team for a greenfield manufacturing site, helping to build processes and facilities for successful GMP manufacturing operations.

Compensation for this role ranges from $63,000 to $165,000, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits include bonuses, 401(k), pension, health coverage, flexible spending, life insurance, leave benefits, and well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify these programs as needed.
