Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Attorney to join its legal team in Georgia. This role handles all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases, including truck and auto accidents and medical malpractice.

The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate, active Georgia Bar status, and at least five years of trial experience with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years as a litigation attorney with focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
• Proven trial experience, including first chair and second chair roles in jury trials.
• Strong expertise in tort law, especially truck/auto accidents and medical malpractice.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities and ability to manage multiple cases.
