• Good communication and data management skills – Prizm
• Extraction, purification, and quantification of RNA/DNA
• Gene expression profiling – RTPCRFamiliarity with microarray profiling a plus – Affymetrix gene-chips
• Cell Biology TechniquesStandard in vitro tissue culture techniques (aseptic)
• Handling suspension (immune) cell cultures – Whole Blood, PBMC
• Isolation of sub-populations by magnetic beads
• Processing supernatants for cytokine measurements – ELISA, MSD Platform, Luminex Platform
• Handling both small molecules and biologics (antibodies) for cell treatments
• Assay Development and ScreeningExperience with co-cultures (2D/3D), primary cultures, and organoids are a plus
• Familiarity with Flow Cytometry, Microscopy, and Automation are a plus
