Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical seeks a Sr Associate QA in Puerto Rico to support QA operations, batch record review, and deviation investigations in aseptic drug manufacturing. The role emphasizes data integrity (ALCOA+) and adherence to GDP, with experience in MES systems such as Veeva, LIMS, and PasX.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and weekend/12‑hour shifts are possible. The selected candidate will perform sampling plans, oversee on-the-floor QA activity, and help revise SOPs to ensure

Qualifications

• QA experience in plant aseptic areas with focus on controls and data integrity (ALCOA+)
• Experience in batch record review and audit trail reviews
• Familiarity with deviations and change controls
• Documentation and MES systems experience (Veeva, LIMS, PasX)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts including weekends and holidays

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Associates degree+ 2 years of Quality work experience OR?
  Bachelors degree + 6 months of Quality work experience? OR
  Masters degree.
• Experience in plant quality assurance for aseptic areas focused on controls/techniques/behaviors and drug product formulation and filling. Experience in independent decision making.
• Experience in batch record review, audit trail reviews and GDP with focus on data integrity (ALCOA+)
• Experience with deviations.
• Experience with documentation and MES systems such as Veeva, LIMS, PasX.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Available to work all shifts- non standard shifts- including weekends, 12hrs shifts, rotate, OT and holidays.

Job summary: The selected individual will perform sampling plans for all drug products, batch record review, audit the inspection and packaging process ensuring compliance to procedures and Quality standards as well as oversee aspects of QA operations within the facility, including but not limited to on-the-floor QA support, deviation investigations, change controls, and SOP revisions.
