Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/commerce/economics/finance.
• Finance knowledge and analytical skills required.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Calculating, posting transactions, processing invoices and verifying financial data.
• Process invoices with PO/Non-PO and ensure payment approvals.
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
• Verify extensions and totals, apply discounts where applicable.
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice details per accounting policies.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Vendor reconciliations and vendor payment cycles.
