What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex analyses and reporting to support business operations and strategic planning
- Develop analytical approaches to address unprecedented and complex issues
- Review operational data, analyze metrics, and compile findings into reports or presentations
- Lead special projects of strategic importance and act as a technical leader for reporting needs
- Build consultative partnerships with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant business planning, project, and financial experience
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working with complaint standards and analytics
- Advanced knowledge of systems coordination and management information requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
