What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant business planning, project, and financial experience
- Minimum of 9 years of experience with complaint standards, monitoring, and evaluation
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in analytics and process recommendations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of structured query languages (SQL, Oracle, Python)
