What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex analyses and reporting to support business operations and strategic planning
- Develop and define analytical approaches to address unprecedented issues

- Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant business planning, project, and financial experience
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working with complaint standards and analytics
- Advanced knowledge of systems coordination and process/product review initiatives
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or Python
